Responsibilities: • Help achieve the company's overall strategic goals for retail management; customize and break down the goals at the country level; carry out appraisals; and provide incentives and guidance. • Guide, manage, and supervise the achievement of retail store construction goals, quality, and operations in rep offices in the region. • Take responsibility for retail GTM in the Sudan. • Develop outsourcing organizations, processes, regulations, people incentives, and workforce planning and staffing principles; manage productivity; manage people in a closed loop; promote and run retail; and apply its data.
• Experience in Sales and Marketing of Piping Systems & Pipe Fittings particularly in Plastic Pipes & Fittings (PE, PP & PVC); • Ability to provide market data by making market surveys for demands, projects and new product requirement; • Must be good in preparing and updating product profiles, company brochures and preparation of Sales & Marketing reports; • Preferably with experience in making tenders, submission and transactions (Bidding process); • Must have experience in Commercial documentation such as Offers, quotation and confirmation of orders; • 10 years experience in the same field is a must; • Goal oriented and can work under pressure with minimum supervision; • University degree in related field is a requirement; • Must be proficient in English Language written and spoken; • Having a Driving license is an advantage.
